Initiate Group Performance Review

This option is used to distribute a Performance Review Form for a specific group of employees based on the selection criteria.

Rules and Guidelines

  • If a manager has access to initiate Individual Performance Review and Initiate Group Performance Review windows, they also have the ability to initiate a performance review for an employee/group of employees.

Field Information

ClosedPerformance Document*

This is the Performance form to be submitted based on the following criteria.

ClosedPeriod Start and End Date*

The dates selected in the Start and End Date fields are used as the review period which is displayed on the selected review form.

ClosedSelection Ranges

The fields displayed in this section are used to select ranges of values for employees to be included in the review.

  • Each field has a From and To column, allowing for a range of values to be entered, or if left blank all values for the range are included.
  • The selection criteria can be further narrowed by selecting specific Awards, Award Classification Codes, Salary Rate Codes, Pay Frequencies and Payrun Groups.

 

ClosedEmployment Type

Select the employment type to be included in the report selection.

Option Description
All  
N 'Select required Employment Type' field will be enabled. From the drop down selection, you may select what employment type you want to include in the report.
Y All employment type will be selected.
